Botox® is an injectable neurotoxin made of botulinum toxin Type A used to treat the signs of aging including wrinkles and dynamic lines. Botox’s function is to temporarily paralyze or weaken targeted muscles responsible for the formation of wrinkles and fine lines. Botox can treat horizontal lines on the forehead, frown lines or glabellar lines – the wrinkles between the eyebrows, crow’s feet – the wrinkles around the eyes, and fine lines and wrinkles around the mouth.
Xeomin® is a neurotoxin containing botulinum toxin Type A, the same component found in Botox, with a slightly different chemical makeup. Like botox, Xeomin attaches itself to the nerve endings in certain facial muscles, preventing the release of acetylcholine, the chemical that allows muscle contractions which creates wrinkles and fine lines. Xeomin is FDA-approved to treat all the same areas as Botox.
Juvederm® is a family of injectable hyaluronic acid dermal fillers used to enhance the lips, fill in wrinkles, and add volume to cheeks and jaw lines. Hyaluronic acid is a naturally occurring biodegradable gel that adds to your skin’s elasticity, making it look fresh, taut, and more voluminous. There are several fillers in the Juvederm family with slight compositional variations that make them suitable to use for a wide variety of purposes. Juvederm can be used to enhance lips, cheek volume, nasolabial fold, marionette lines, and crow’s feet. Results can last up to eighteen months.
Versa™ is another hyaluronic acid dermal filler that can be used to treat moderate to severe wrinkles and folds and to add lip volume. Clinical trials have shown less swelling in comparison to other hyaluronic acid fillers. It is the only hyaluronic acid dermal filler available in a 1.2mL syringe size.
Radiesse® is an injectable dermal filler made of calcium hydroxylapatite (CaHA), a biodegradable and biocompatible compound naturally found in the human body. The CaHA gel adds volume to your skin’s surface immediately and also stimulates natural collagen production. Over time, the CaHA gel gets absorbed into the body and the collage continues adding facial volume. Therefore, the results can last up to two years. Radiesse can be used for nasolabial folds, laugh lines, cheek volume, and hands.

Synergy Wellness offers medication-assisted therapy to help individuals recover from opioid dependence.
How It Works
Synergy Wellness treats opioid addiction with the use of buprenorphine-naloxone, better known as SUBOXONE®.
What is Suboxone®?
Buprenorphine-Naloxone (Suboxone®) therapy provides a promising solution to the struggle of opioid addiction. Buprenorphine works to curb cravings, providing a release from opioid dependence. Combined with psychosocial treatment, consistent drug therapy with Buprenorphine creates an opportunity to break free from the grip of opioids.
Recover From Opioid Dependency At Synergy Wellness
Synergy Wellness is a certified suboxone clinic to treat opioid dependence. Our clinic serves to encourage, educate, and provide a support system. Our patients at Synergy Wellness are also encouraged to combine the treatment we provide with other forms of therapy, such as counseling, in order to ensure long-term recovery.
We receive transfer patients and patients needing to be accepted as an induction. An induction requires the patient to be in a state of withdrawal, having received the most recent dose of opioids 24-72 hours or more prior to his or her appointment. A drug screen will be performed on the first visit to serve as a baseline for future visits. In subsequent visits, patients are expected to comply with the appointment frequency determined by the healthcare provider.
Can I be a patient in this program even if I do not have insurance?
Yes, please call for pricing.
Can I start as a new patient in your program even if I am a current patient at a different program?
Yes, you can move your participation in our program from a different program. We will need access to all of your medical records in order to treat you at Synergy Wellness.
If I have taken Suboxone without a prescription from a doctor, am I still eligible to participate in this program?
Yes, you are welcome to join our program. We always ask for complete honesty in order to ensure the best treatment possible, and we are here to help no matter what path you have previously chosen.
If I am currently taking other controlled medications, will Synergy Wellness manage my other prescriptions?
Yes, with adequate records to confirm the necessity of these medications, Synergy Wellness can manage your other non-opioid prescription medications. However, buprenorphine is the only opioid we can prescribe in good conscience, given our stance as dedicated patient advocates in the opioid crisis.
Please call our front office staff for more information and to schedule an appointment if you think medication-assisted therapy might help you.
